How to clean the Intercooler
1.Switch the inlet and outlet on-off valves to the corresponding pipes of the washing tank, add 2% soda water solution to the Intercooler, the temperature of the water solution is 70-80 ℃, fill it up, wait for 15 minutes to observe whether there is any leakage inside the Intercooler, and disassemble and repair it if necessary. If there is no leakage, shake the Intercooler back and forth, repeat several times and pour out lotion.
2.Repeat step 1 multiple times until the poured washing solution is relatively clean. In the washing process, corrosion inhibitor is added to the washing solution to reduce the chemical reaction of the washing solution on the inner wall of the Intercooler.
3.Switch the inlet and outlet switching valves to the corresponding pipes of the neutralization tank, and add the acid neutralization solution to the Intercooler to neutralize the residual cleaning solution.
4.Switch the inlet and outlet on-off valves to the corresponding pipes of the radiator, and inject a large amount of clean hot water into the Intercooler for flushing. The water temperature is 80-90 ℃ until the released water is clean.
5.Compressed air can be used to blow dry or naturally dry the water in the Intercooler.
